LANE MALONEY

Lane Maloney is an award-winning editor who's work blends strong visual style with story-driven editing. His journey started almost two decades ago documenting street skateboarding.​

Over the past decade, Lane honed his craft working at MONDIAL, a creative collective in Richmond, VA;  helping to create content for brands such as Papa Johns, Bud Light, Adult Swim, Texas Pete, Under Armour, ESPN, Nitrocross, Old Navy, OREO and DoorDash.

 

In addition to post-production, Lane brings a broad background in photography, beginning as an event photographer for NASA Langley, continuing through James Madison University, and later shooting weddings and live events.

In March of 2025, he released his 4th full-length skateboarding film - Dinnerbread 4 (DB4) at the Byrd Theatre. This is the latest part of 15+ year body of independent projects that continue to fuel and inspire his commercial work. (https://dinnerbreadskate.com)
